HAIO means work is routed with explicit consent, capability checks, and human gates where stakes demand it — with a record that can be inspected and contested. It is not “AI plus a dashboard.” It is orchestration with accountability designed in.

HUMΛN Academy — continuous capability development — is strategic to our mission and is not yet a live product. When it ships, it will sit alongside capability and workforce development — without changing the fact that the five layers above are live today.
