What is still early: the guided, learn-by-doing surface for individual learners — simulations, labs, and credentials. We would rather tell you that plainly than sell you a course catalog that does not exist.
A live system, not a course catalog
Traditional platforms show videos, run quizzes, and print certificates. Academy is being built as a live system: it ingests the credentials and experience you already have, personalizes a path around your actual gaps, trains you against real workflow simulations with real agents as counterparts — and every completed exercise produces verifiable capability evidence in your Passport.
Training and production work feed the same Capability Graph, so a capability earned in Academy is the same object that routing trusts in production. No parallel résumé. No transcript silo.
Why it exists
AI is repricing work faster than institutions can retrain people. The answer is not another paywalled course library — it is a path from displaced capability to demonstrated capability, wired directly into where the work happens. Academy graduates will not get a PDF; they will get routing eligibility in Workforce Cloud.
