Public trust cards aggregate governed telemetry, benchmarks, and capability evidence. We reveal capability truth — we do not rank vendors.
Cost Per Trusted Outcome (CPTO)
CPTO is total governed route cost divided by outcomes that truly counted as trusted: capability threshold met, policy satisfied, delegation satisfied, provenance emitted, no unresolved safety flag, no successful human challenge, and output accepted. It is a cost-efficiency signal for governed automation — not a vendor leaderboard score.
Public / private boundary
Public cards include only published aggregates that pass k-anonymity and exclude org-identifying telemetry unless an organization opts in to anonymized contribution.
Private org reports (routing summaries, override rates, connector reliability for your estate) require org delegation and never appear on this public site.
